Pat Dionne

Patrice DionneVice President, General Manager

Pat Dionne directs the overall operations of Abilis New England, with responsibilities including project leadership, business development, strategic planning, human resources and financial accountability for the company throughout the United States.

A graduate of the Université of Sherbrooke, Pat holds a degree in Management Information Systems and brings a wealth of international experience from large scale information systems development and integration projects in Australia, Canada, and the United States.

He joined the Abilis team in 2004 and has been a key contributor in large enterprise deployments while growing into his current leadership position.

Tom Demerson

Tom DemersonVice President of Sales and Customer Relations

A 25-year veteran of the information technology consulting industry, Tom Demerson oversees the business development and customer relationship components of Abilis New England’s correctional services business.

In this role, Tom directs all stages of the sales and marketing functions and oversees a team of talented resources who support these activities. A graduate in computer science from the University of New Brunswick, Tom has a background that began in the technical side of software engineering, and eventually grew into management and director-level roles.

Tom has been involved in all Abilis’ major corrections accounts from both a business development and sales perspective, as well as currently handling major account management responsibilities.

Peter Reilly

Peter ReillyDirector - Business & Government Relations

Peter Reilly leads Abilis New England’s business and government relations work with additional responsibilities including industry analysis and the identification of new market opportunities.

He joined the Abilis team following a long and distinguished career in telecommunications, with extensive experience in several areas of business administration including strategic planning, market and economic analysis, financial modeling, stakeholder management, media and community relations, labor relations, budget management and administrative oversight.

Peter has been appointed to several government advisory committees, served on numerous community nonprofit foundation boards and has also provided strategic and operational direction to a number of athlete foundations, including the Michael Phelps Foundation, and Hannah’s Gold Foundation. He earned his undergraduate degree in mathematical economics from Brown University and also has completed the Rutgers University Advanced Management Program as well as Leadership Maine, the Maine Development Foundation program for preparing statewide leaders to shape the state’s future.
